Privacy
This describes only what letsmove.now does today. When you send the First Move form, your answers are transmitted to our own backend and stored there. Nothing you send is published.
What is collected
Your name, your email address and your answer to “What would you like to make possible?”, plus anything you choose to add: city, country, what you want to do, what could help you and how you could contribute. Your language preference may be stored locally in your browser to preserve your website experience. If you submit a First Move, the language associated with that submission may also be stored with the submission so we can respond in the appropriate language. Your IP address is not stored — only a short, non-reversible digest of it is used to limit abuse.
Why it is collected
To read your first move, to look for connections, conversations, experiments or stories that could help it move forward, and to reply to you about it. Nothing you send becomes public automatically: publication always requires a separate, explicit approval.
Explicit consent
Consent to store and process your first move is required before the form can be sent, and it is recorded separately with its version and timestamp. Consent to receive occasional updates is optional and recorded separately, so you can withdraw one without the other.
Where it is stored
In the letsmove.now database, hosted on Lovable Cloud, our backend provider. Access is restricted to server-side code and the people running letsmove.now; no visitor can read participant data through the website. No advertising, tracking or profiling service receives your data, and our privacy-conscious event counting never receives your name, email or free text.
How long it is kept
Submissions are kept while this early phase of letsmove.now is being built and are reviewed at least once a year; anything no longer needed is deleted. If you ask for deletion, we remove your record.
Access and deletion
Write to hello@letsmove.now and we will send you a copy of what we hold or delete it. There is no account to manage yet.
