For organisations
Turn employees into builders.
Some of the people best placed to solve an organisation’s problems are already inside it. letsmove.now helps organisations bring real challenges into the open, connect them with the right people and capabilities, and create a path from problem to working solution.
Real problems make better starting points
Real problems create better starting points than hypothetical innovation. An organisation brings a challenge. We help create the conditions for the right people and capabilities to gather around it, explore what is possible, and move toward something that can actually be tested.
From a challenge to something testable
Five steps, in the order they usually happen. Nothing here is a package: the shape follows the challenge.
01
Challenge
A real problem, named openly. Not a workshop theme and not an innovation slogan.
02
People
The people who care about the problem gather around it, wherever they sit in the organisation.
03
Capabilities
Skills, knowledge, data, tools and AI leverage are connected to the problem instead of to a department.
04
Build
The group moves from talking about the problem to making something concrete enough to react to.
05
Pilot
What was built meets reality in a small, honest test, and what is learned goes back into the organisation.
Who gathers around a challenge
Usually employees and internal teams first, because they already carry the context. Where it genuinely helps, relevant people or capabilities from the wider letsmove.now ecosystem can join as well. The point is to let people become active contributors and builders rather than passive participants in a transformation designed elsewhere.
Formats follow the challenge
Depending on the challenge, the work may take the form of a challenge-to-build sprint, a co-creation sprint, a prototype lab, a Buildathon or a Motion League format. The format is never the point. The path from challenge to something testable is.
Where this stands today
This is an emerging part of letsmove.now. We are not presenting a catalogue of completed corporate programmes or case studies. We are starting with real conversations and real challenges, and this page will grow as we gather what we learn.
Bring a challenge, or just start a conversation
You do not need a finished brief. If you are simply interested, say so and we can explore the details together.
